Crabbing in Cowichan Bay

Anbody know how the crabbing has been in cow bay and if it has been any good, where abouts , I'm not trying to find your spot just been a while since I crabbed in Cow Bay.

I am finding it a bit slower than past years, lots of fishing pressure by the number of floats out. You can get crab from inside the bay down to Cherry Point and in around Boatswain bank. Commercial guys out there so watch where you drop. Try one trap deep and the other shallower to narrow in where they are at.

i got about 4 keepers in an hour 500m north of the hotel/governemt wharf - 40ft
