Comox area Beach fishing

Is anyone Beach fishing in the Comox/ Courtenay area? Any good results or helpful tips on where are the best locations?

Hummm-- no responses. Well I have not been beach fishing this year, but as far as where to go.... your best bet is the mouth of the Oyster River and Black Creek. The Baynes Sound beach area from the Kingfisher Inn and spa south to the "whale" ( You will know it when you see it!) is good too. Be careful of closed areas around the Trent and Millard Creek. It getting a bit late but you might get some action from the Point Holmes ramp toward the spit. As noted, I have not been pounding the beaches this year, but hopefully someone who has can give you more up to date info.
