Clam Linguine and Lobster last night.

Last night's meal. If you have not had clam linguine made with a puree of clams before, you should try this recipe. I have made it a few times, from a recipe book out of Prince Rupert. It is unlike clam linguine you get at a restaurant. Be sure to add fresh clams at the end, tossed in some of the sauce. Lobsters off the bbq with garlic, butter and parsley, added for decadence and presentation effect. Yum.
