cleared land....are they talking the Cheanuh area, or another area of the basin? (never really pay attention to the landscape) If this resort is coming to Cheanuh, I'd imagine bye bye public launch???

The article isn't specific enough so I wonder if they are talking an area elsewhere in the Bay. Sure as heck hope so.
