Babine Rainbows

Anyone know why those beautiful rainbows in Babine Lake are full of worms? I caught a couple nice ones last week and when we cleaned then there were worms mostly in the belly but some were actually into the flesh of the filets we had just cut. Whatta waste!

I have had the same experience with Babine rainbows.
Not all but alot of them are just full of worms.
I contacted a fish biologist about it and he didn't know why there are so many wormy Babine fish
