I wanted to drift this week end from sandy down? That big blow could have sent some trees down?

Not sure about Sandy down, we did Stoltz to Sandy on monday and the flow was in great shape. It was a bit of a mender fest but enjoyable none the less! Boy o Boy do those Cowwy menders ever like hotshots and wigglewarts! The rods were poppin all day, just sit back suck on a cold boy and wait for the rods to start pumpin....now "thats steelheadin"

There is a tricky spot on the old log jam corner. Trees and logs on the left side and a new island being formed in the middle of the river. You have to go right but there is a stump in the middle of the right channel with a huge root ball along the shore line. It's a bit tricky but manageable.

Hyde you guys must have sore lipped them all the other day just a few for us wasnt really into it anyway too many menders around too make it fun!!Any fresh ones???

no, we did not sore lipped them It was a rather slow day and no fresh ones, just colored and menders. That's all for me for the year. It was nice day for a last drift though.

HS it was a great last day of the season weather wise ya menders are no fun time too leave em alone till next year!!!Oh ya just talked too fins he said he will see you at the sidney derby too defend his title!See you next year!
