i am looking for a new transducer for reasonable price , like b774vbl, p79bl or such or some old fashion help.
recently moved to sunshine coast from alberta, own a 2000 bayliner 2452 6.2l bravo two drive 19" four blade stainless prop.
i have a lcx27c the transducer wont read below 200 feet,( old lcx18 still works but intermittently everything discontinued for it.) i replaced transducer with dual frequency (new for 149.99 at fishing hole), added lbs1 broadband sounder module (from ebay, new 400) as per lowrance suggestions, had wiring checked at marine shop ( 475.00). sent head unit to lowrance came back with clean bill of health and updated software. i just cant seem to find the problem.
