So much for fishing there thanks to that..... THE MORE THE MERRIER!
Every charter boat and every salt water sporty is going to be there....not to mention the 40 boats that are going to be fishing the Bell Buoy... IF YOU'RE NOT FISHING YOU'RE CRAZY!
I'll take a wild guess and say....100 boats plus plus plus at the Cap if the weather is half decent... and lots of people are going to catch!

Seems to me that ever since I read your post which is to old to archive, something about "Get out there now", the cap mouth has never been the same.

Trolled the Cap noon until 6pm today. One beauty wild Coho on the hootchie went back. Much shinier than the last couple dark ones we couldn't bonk last week. No luck for us on the anchovies or herring today. About a dozen boats out there in the rain.
