1998 Maxum 18.5 ft Cuddy Cabin New Price $10500!

Have to sell, new price, $10500, my kid in University is killing me! 18.5 Maxum Cuddy Cabin, fishing/runabout. This boat is great in the ocean or in a lake. Very clean.
Comes with:
Escort trailer, brand new spare
3Litre Mercruiser inboard with Alpha 1 leg. Fresh water cooled.
1998 4 stroke Mercury kicker with solid Garelick bracket. (negotiate)
Two batteries with switch.
2 manual downriggers. Basic repairs needed. Has been wired for electric downrigger.
Panasonic FM radio/cd player.
Fold down bed seats.
Have removed carpet from floor and put down a very solid non-slip covering that stands up well to traffic and fish. Washes easily. Will be doing touch up once weather permits.
Full canvas tops including travel cover.
Older Garmin GPS.
Compass.
Just replaced ANODES, all new.
New starter to be installed, is in box.
Bumpers.
Life Jackets.
Porta Potti

Boat, motors, accessories are in good shape. Have been maintained and winterized by a mechanic and stored in Merritt during off season.
Boat is presently in Merritt for winter.
If interested please email, haviland35@telus.net or phone 250-378-2112.
All reasonable and serious offers will be considered. I don't have the room for this boat, but she has been good and has brought in a lot of fish.
If you have some constructive (serious) ideas on how I might be able to sell this boat faster please share! Thank you.

Should I try to sell this as a lake boat, would I then get some interest?? Help, I have no idea. I know that it is a tough time though. My first attempt at selling a boat.:(

nope looks good, just a very slow time of the year. keep posting it around craigslist, or if you really get no hits wait till early spring to try again. Also drop it off somewhere on the side of the road on weekends with a for sale sign!
