Nanaimo luck?

Has anyone had any recent luck in the Nanaimo/Gabriola area? Other than of seals of course!!

Got a 7 pounder and had 2 nice ones on yesterday at winchelsea islands. Thats a good spot in the narrow channle between the islands. Troll at about 140 with green and white spoons. You can troll a ways out of the channle on the schooner cove side. But watch the ref that is marked with a large yellow bouy.

We got nothing 6:30-10:30 then all of the sudden we had 3 in 15 minutes. But we had to leave when the bite started. so the best time right now is probally 10:30-12:00.
