    Trailer Tire Pressure?

    What is the correct pressure to fill the tires on a boat trailer to?

    The EZ Loader manual says to look at the pressure indicated on the tire itself. The tire says Maximum air pressure 50 PSI. When the trailer is running the tire will heat up and the pressure will increase. So I assume the tire rating of 50 PSI is the hot pressure. What then should the cold pressure be?

    Crank it up to max pressure rating on tire. Trailer tires need to be stiff so the boat does not wander behind you.
