Confirmed with a Member (RCMP) , Bait boats and engines are now in full swing , after the capture of a Factory Mechanic apprehended with stolen bait boat and engine .
Not just bait boats and engines but all types of water toys .
I suggest crab and prawns traps , LOL

ARE u just kidding , if not.
It's like bait cars but marine products, u steal a boat or engine, the RCMP have a tracking devise that directs them strait to you or where you are moving (the devise trigwgered by movement a certain distance )

I was thinking more along the line of a K9 (in dive gear) at the end of the rope.
