Interesting article,Rockfish. Being born and raised here in the valley,the Cowi is very near and dear to me. I've fished its'
banks for 30 plus years now and have personally witnessed the steady decline of salmon in it. Something needs to
change because whatever they're doing right now just isn't working!!
