    CR hasn't been the fishing capital of anything for at least 10 years. False advertising.

    Ya okay we may not be the salmon capital anymore but still a great fishing area

    A great FISHING area, catching on the other hand its really miss or (less likely) hit. It is a great place to check out uprooted tree stumps right now though.

    Good day out there, lots of prawns but no salmon, a few tom cod. But what an awesome day!!!

    Campbell still has good fishing, is it the west coast?? No!! but still lots of really good fishing.

    The CR area has its moments and can offer some awesome fishing for a variety of species... You can often avoid nasty conditions... But let's face it....its in a different league than the west coast.

    Why don't you post up something positive for a change? When was you last fishing trip to CR and how did you do?

    Everything I have read for that last few years's indicates that CR is coming back. There is GOOD fishing to be had there.
