OK here's one of my favourites
Fresh bbq salmon, Acient Grains "rice" from costco and el dente asparagus.
Served with a pinot grigio by FishEye winery.
Another classic for me in august is BBQ sockeye salmon and BBQ corn on the cob. Husk removed before cooking. Let it brown a bit to caramelize the kernels.
