I guess after 10 years and 387 posts, i probably don't qualify as a post whore eh? ;-) I think that is an average of about 3 posts per month hehhehheh

That changed this summer after fishing Port Alberni a day before the start of the derby (caught a 34lb'er btw, which would have made me some bucks just a day later! Doh!).
I had a few pieces of raw salmon, much less than 24hrs out of the water and MAN! is that fresh, delicate and tasty!
I also took it a step further, and did a quick "cure". I marinated it in Kikkomen light soy, sriracha hot sauce, and a bit of wasabi for a couple of hours, and had it with steamed rice. Deeeeelish!
My favorite is Grilled Salmon with Lime Butter Sauce and Caviar and Salmon Blini Tortes!! If some one want to know go to this site, you will get lots of stuff!!!
