WTB - 14' alum. boat w/trailer and newer motor

A friend of mine wants to buy a 14' aluminum open boat with a trailer and newer good sized motor - that is already set up for fishing...ie. coming with at least downrigger mounts for a scotty downrigger.

If downriggers come with - great,
and Rod holders - even greater!

Wish list would be something very stable (wide & deep) for him, his two young boys (4 & 7) and a dog.
A flat bottom would be great, along with a gaurantee that he'll catch fish - just seeing if your still reading.
On a trailer that can be pushed by hand over rocks to lauch the boat at a place like Nile Creek.

Wants to buy in next couple weeks.
