    Regretably, business is business, and with waterfront real estate being what it is worth right now, there has to be a premium. Cheanuh and Sooke are still cheaper to moore, but watch what your insurance premium does!

    My insurance premium has not changed since I have had it at home and now moore it.....I told them where it is

    I just Paid $400 for six months at Cheanuh for 20ft... not bad in my eye's. No change to insurance.

    Hmm,I saw somewhere on this forum that they jack your insurance if you moore in Sooke/Cheanuh, but when I was there, my rates didn't change.

    So $.89/foot up here is not bad....

    And there is people up here complaining because it went up 10 cents.

    So $.89/foot up here is not bad....

    And there is people up here complaining because it went up 10 cents.
