2002 Yammy 60 not pissin well

I have a 2002 60hp yammy that does piss but not well, just started today i'm assuming i picked somthing up.I blew air thru the block and it seems as tho the problem is not there but somewhere in the leg. I took all 5 bolts that hold the lower leg unit on out but it would still not come off. Any suggestions would be great even if there is a trick to getting the leg off.

You have to disconnect the shifting lever to get the leg off? You should see it on the bottom port side of the engine... it will probably be held with a cotter and a "c" locking snap?

Thanks charlie i'll check it out if i can't find anything in there i will definatly look at the impellor

Before you start pulling everything apart - try putting something up the pee hole to see if it is blocked. Sometimes it is as simple as that.

Use a piece of stiff wire or a pipe cleaner or whatever will fit.
