Best place is Cedartire in Nanaimo. Galvy rims for $29 and tires are a great deal. Be sure you get a quote on tires that have a ply rating 6(C)ply or 8(D)ply.
Passenger tires (like winter tires)...

How big of a camper you looking at? For a 3500 you should have lots of room. Take the curb weight and subtract it from the gross vehicle weight rating.
My dually is rated for 12500lbs. The curb...

Again, apologies.

Okay. You've got 6 ply tires, at 50 psi, you aren't over loaded, but the inside edge is wearing on all 4 tires.
Sounds like at some point the axles were overloaded. They could have a bend in them....
Just the inside edge? What ply rating are the tires? Are they bias ply or radials? What do you have the pressure at? How heavy is your boat fully loaded? Is your trailer set up with leaf springs or...

Hey Duffer, today's rain will change everything! More fish and less dust going in!:)
Whatever you do, don't pay the HST at the border. The CSBA should only collect the GST. You pay the 7% PST to ICBC when you register and insure your trailer, then you pay the PST when you register...
RCA- Rockfish Conservation Area. Or as I like to call them, "Closed".
Just sayin :)
