Sounds like its back to back poor seasons for the commercial prawners.... I'm guessing they get shut down well before the end of the month so just hold tight for a few weeks. Setting sport traps...

Look into some of the articles/youtube stuff from south of the border as I'm pretty sure they commonly use smaller plug cut herring.
