If DFO visited the place and tested the fish, finding them healthy and not genetically different from other hatchery fish - then why not? Off course the story does not say whether they even did that....

I got the malware warning on my computer when I tried to log on today, so I bailed, but there was no warning when using Tapatalk on my phone.
I think there is another thread on this issue....
I have a US gallon of Cabela's brand semi synthetic tcw 3. Bought it because I read reports that it is high quality and reduces smoke, but then I switched to 4 stroke.
Will trade for a six pack, or...
I have kept fish on ice in a cooler for up to 7 days without problems - trick is to get new salt ice, use plenty of it and drain frequently. The cooler has to be in a cool, shady location too. The...
Ok, thanks gungadin & spring fever - my trailer already has those. I will have to see if they are good or not.
What exactly are Speedy Sleeves? Where do you get them?
This is a timely thread. I was just getting ready to repack the trailer bearings for the season - when I took things apart, there was water in there and the inside bearing was damaged (3500 lb axle...
I have the Clendon Stewart 5.5 both in 50/50 and Army Truck, but for some reason I am hardly able to catch anything on them - the large Tomic spoons produce 10 times better for me.
Have rented from Budget on several occassions - they have great towing rigs.
That boat knows the waters around Ukee so well you will hardly need to steer it! Hope the season will be a great one for you and Moonsnail!
Ryan Neff is a Yamaha guy, he has worked on my F90, was reasonable and knows his stuff. 604.936.6628.
Looks like Navionics. I have it on my Android phone - works awesome.

Just don't buy the Kuuma Stow'n'go - I bought one of those last year, and as I see it, it is little more than a flame thrower with a lid.
Magical spoons or not - Nog's contributions to this forum are always appreciated by me, and I hope he will be keeping Dan's boat busy this season!
I am in awe John! Where does the line up begin to apply for a WCVI deck hand position?! :p
I am surprised that you did not build that vac right in to the boat - you might as well, it already has...
First come first serve, and be prepared to raft during the busy months. Otherwise it is good and well managed facility.

Yes, a big THANK YOU to Pippen and trendsetter! Voices of reason here!
Change for the better - we got it, a Liberal majority government!

Well said!
Eric that is absolutely fantastic! Inspiring read!
This thread is getting increasingly unbearable to read - fortunately, boat is almost ready to go!
I have this unit on my boat and used it for 2 seasons. Perfectly adequate chartplotter for my use, but I agree with rockdog - the screen is too small to split. I run as stand alone sounder.
I use siwash with a swivel. Easy to rig and it seems to me that the fish has a harder time shaking the hook with the swivel, but that more of an assumption that a fact on my part.
Certainly one of my favorite countries too, and my passport is Danish. Esbjerg is a nice fishing town.
I live in Burnaby.

Big Bear is pretty much the only outfit that provides reports from the Ucluelet area this time of year and they deserve a big Thank You for that!
Please don't get discouraged by the negative...
