does anyone have one?? i`m thinking of getting 1 for my boat 16` double eagle . i have a 90 e-tec ,day tanks and 2 batteries. so weight is an issue. i was waiting for evinrude 2 make a matching kicker motor but they havn`t as of yet. yamaha make great kickers i would love a high8 but i think its 2 heavy. your ideas or any imfo on the 6hp yami would greatly be appreciated. scottyboy

I've got a Suzi 6hp and gotta say if you are hoping to use it as a kicker for trolling I would think twice. Moves my 18ft Harbercraft with 90 Suzi well (6mph @ wot) but the single cylinder vibrates too much for comfortable trolling. Weight is 35lbs less that the double cylinder - I bought it as an auxilary and in for that purpose it works great on my boat (which is a fair bit lighter than yours). I'd suggest saving your pennies and getting the 2 cylinder if you are going to troll.
