Hey Wolf;

Shoot me some pics.....Of the DEER that is. I know all about the girls!

Wolf;

Great shots.

FANTASTIC CRITTERS!!

After getting out of high school, I went back there and worked my way around the province in an effort of getting back to my roots (born in S'toon). Where abouts were you crawln' through the stubble? Nearest town, ect.

Really liked the shot of the two on top of the bail. Gives a sense of the wide open spaces back home.

Let me guess..... Your shot was half of a kilometer away w/ a gusting 27 mph crosswind, right? <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

One other thing: Thanks for the steaks when you were passing through......NOT!!
It's OK though, got my own.

Mr dean we were in the southern part near a town called Shaunvon and no the deer i got was about 80 yards away that broke out of the carigana bush going mach 10 and shot it right in the neck as you can tell by the pic. lots of fun and lots of deer recomend if any one gets the chance to hunt there go.

Inbound within the hour back westwards to home.
Good to hear of your success wolf! Congrats!

We managed a 4 point and a 6 point while in Saskatchewan, both more on the meat end of the scale rather than wall-hangers. Big bodies, lots of fat this year. Saw an absolute monster on several occasions, but he WELL understood the range of our antique muzzle loaders! Got a great pheasant shoot in here in Alberta, loads of fun, and great munchin'.

Looking forward to getting home now, and chasin' some steel.

Cheers,
Nog
