hey bags was at watties this afternoon and on little trout between 3 of use.There was gutts in the water so someone could have been there earlier in the day and had some luck.
Winter is comin early in PA!!!

System is damn near overloaded with steel smolts. Dimunitive, 20" max. Handfull of chrome as well, but few as yet. Good to see all the little ones, but tread gently folks, they're our future fishery!

went out on sunday, water was dead low with a nice brown tinge to it. 10 hookups between 2 rods over the course of the day. On the topic of the abundance of all of the smolts, has anyone else noticed that there have been quite a few more mergansers and other diving ducks on the system in the last couple seasons?

Fished sunday as well chev, good to hear some of ya had some success. Musta been the guy's on the beaver cr. side.. The other side was pretty much nothing but beat up ho's and a chum.. We managed one wint.. Isl. was a little better I guess..
I have definately noticed more of the smolt stealing buggers, especially this year. One good thing is the number of smolts this year, atleast they seem to be escaping the beaks somewhat..-dirty

yah we started on the bc side. Only 2 hookups over there. the island was alright, nothing too exciting seeing as we were fishing the water right behind myers in his zodiac. Hooked fish in every hole except the tailout but we had to work for them. Small gooeybobs were the ticket for the day. Got one nice chrome buck about 10 pounds from the bluff at the end of the day fishin with aboout 12 feet between my drennan and the swivel<img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>

still medium high. Not many fish in the last few. Was out sunday and monday for a few hours. 4 hookups on sunday and 3 on monday. Rainin like a ******* so the waters only gettin higher.
