21.5' Lynnwood or 25' Bertram Restoration?

So, I've got a couple motors and thought I'd to take on a project boat.
I'm thinking podding is the way to go on either of these.

Option A - 21.5' Lynnwood
(I understand these are like the Bertrams.) It's an 8.5' beam and requires every square inch of the glass to be filled, sanded and painted - outside only some of the inside. Seems to be very little rot and a solid transom.

Option B - 25' Bertram
Definitely rough shape IMO. But I've not done this before or looked at too many project boats. But looks like the entire floor should be removed. And the hard to needs to be re replaced.

So, I've said no to the Lynnwood for sure.

And I think I'm going to pass on the Bertram and wait to find a hull that requires a bit less work.
