Hi,
I'm looking to find a mobile mechanic who can come take a look at one of my Walter V-drives on my boat. I've called around to a few places with no luck. My starboard v-drive has started to spew some oil out of the breather once it gets up to operating temp. My guess is that a seal is gone and water is getting in making it boil and come out the breather. I put straight 30 non-detergent oil in which is clear and the oil coming out is darker and a bit chocolate like. Boat is a 28' Silverton.
Anyone know of anyone who you can recommend? Any help is much appreciated!
