More junk shop finds. A Highliner and plug looking as it were turned from a broomstick.
Looks as the Highliner plug was never rigged. It is through wired all the way, from the swivel at the lip to the peened over end at the tail point. And note the lack of taper at the front.
Front of both. Note the hole placing is almost identical.
Front of the Highliner. The brass swivel will rotate a full 360 degrees.
So the aft hole in the plug in Dave's post is actually a hole for the rear hook swivel.
