Both of those pictures I took on my business trips in China...There from the Great Wall outside of Beijing... At Badaling..I wanted to go into that noodle house but didn't have time...

You didn't miss anything. I have been to that restaurant. Pretty much the same as all Chinese restaurants in China that are attempting to cater to American tourists. Definitely misses the boat, but they think the have nailed it;-)
