Stripped Bolts for mounting yamaha kicker

The 2 factory bolts for mounting my kicker on the bracket are stripped. Don't ask how because I don't know. I can cut them off with a hacksaw but I don't know what to replace them with and how to correct the threads on the motor mount. Any suggestions?

Steve at vicprop may be able to add some new material and then re tap it for new clamp bolts??? Worth a call
