strategies for sockeye

Hey, the sockeye are in says many local fishermen in the alberni valley,but the question is wut is a good set up for them? Ive heard of this dummy flasher idea when you attach flashers to ur deepline, is that a good set up or better yet does it work better. lemme know with ur responce anglers.

Just to let you know if you go back to topics in the last 120 days in the salt water forum you will find many opinions on set ups this topic has been talked about alot. Hope this helps. Has anybody tried a big red U20 flatfish in the saltchuck before? It works in Lake Washington. They troll dead slow with a chrome flasher or dodger with a U20 on a short leader. The hit seems to be more of a territorial response rather than a feeding response.
