Did this for some friends at their float cabin at powell lake a couple weekends ago. Homemade smoked salmon, homemade mango salsa. Soft taco shell heated, grilled on the bbq, a small amount of thousand isl dressing on the bottom, smoked salmon, mango salsa then top with romane lettuce.
