salmon recipies

does anyone know some good salmon recipies? the bbq and smoker is great but was just curious if anyone had some other good ones

Stuffed baked Salmon
Cook up two cups of plain rice and add the following:
1/2 diced union
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1 small can mandarin orange slices
pinch of ginger
stuff whole Salmon and rub virgin olive oil over Salmon and sprinkle with pepper and add some lemon juice
Wrap fish in tin foil and either bake or barbeque until done.

All you need is some fresh veggies.....
