Just an idea for those with old or boring flashers kicking around.
Glow tape can be bought on ebay. 5 meters of 20mm wide for around $3.
High gloss red spray paint works great for the 'no bananas' look flasher with a red tip.
Red/silver trailer reflective tape can be bought at Princess Auto.
These can turn those plain old flashers into new flashers again.
