Oak Bay Halibut

I would like to go out and get some halibut. I was thinking of heading out to the Oak Bay area. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to go around Discovery Island and those offshore banks we share with the Yanks?

I haven't been out but I know they've had success this month at Constance Bank during that week of good halibut tides.

Was out yesterday not one bite no other guides got anything either, get even day for the halibut against us.
Heard a rumor yesterday that someone off of sidney got a monster close to 175 to 200 lbs anybody hear about it?????????????
