A good friend of mine was fishing there today and he said he hooked 6 and landed 3.I believe him as he doesnt need to lie.Just goes to show you that you have to find the fish.They are there.

Steely has it on the numbers. But you certainly wouldn't guess that from the fishing results!! Was out both weekend days, and I only managed one to hand, and a couple of soft takes. Speaking of which, our team of 4 landed 6 over the weekend, and all takes in that bloody cold water were EXTREMELY gentle! Something to keep in mind. And BTW Chevy, that ain't a lot of fish for the area in question! Previous counts in years past numbered considerably higher.

Rain s'posed to be headin' our way soon. Hope it brings a few more freshies in to play with!!

Last week MAR 20-23 my buddy drifted the upper with his poontooner 3 days~~~ one day had the river to himself and the other two he shared the river it with a diffrent guideboat each day ~~~ His Total for 3 days was 34 steelies landed with 31 kelts and only 3 unspawned steelies ~~~the season nearing the end I guess ~~~~Your results the same???
