Motor trimmed all the way up and won't come down

Motor is a df200, I can hear the trim motor working but the motor won't come down. I'm currently out by Constance bank and heading in on the kicker

If you can get at the relief valve, you should be able to turn the screw and the motor will come down. Might be tricky on the water though. Be safe

Ya I've done it before in shallow water at the ramp but just trolling in and will mess with it when she's on the trailer. I'd rather have it stuck up right now than stuck down so at least I can put it on the trailer
