I want to make my own smokies/ sausage/peperoni

Could anyone help me out and tell me where I would by the casings/ sausage stuffer etc around the Comox valley?
Recipes, tips would be appreciated

Been doing this for a while. For most of our deer, moose, bear and elk sausage and pepperoni, I use 20-30% pork. I just go buy the pork shoulder roasts when they come on sale at $1.00 /lb. Keep them until you need them then grind them up with your meat.

Make sure you have a good quality grinder and some good knives.

Do not be afraid to experiment and if it does not work out, try again. There is a lot of trial and error in making the stuff. We have had good luck with both the kits and from scratch.
