Funny how little attention this is generating? Seems like a potential environmental disaster on our door step, but it's being virtually ignored.

Might be because it seems to just be a workplace incident. From reading the article, it seems a part of the tunnel collapsed. No contamination and a precautionary safety measure to staff.

Yeah, I read that in some background pieces and it doesn't look good. Sounds like the WWII containment system is decaying and things will only get worse. You have to wonder though what the affect of all this will be on the river systems and salmon.
