I found this helpfull link to all the TSB (Technical Service Bulletins and Recalls) and repair manuals for most vehicles on the road today. TSB's are good in that most dealers do not want you to know about something they can fix for free (goodwill warranty) or will fix for a cheaper price than regular rates (ie. 50/50). The repair manuals are pretty good as well.

Check it out

At this link to the Ohio Public Library System
http://www.oplin.org/databases/prox...asp?sid=23252206&uid=s9180484.main.autorefctr

enter the generic library card number

123456789

select:

Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County

scroll down and select:

Auto Repair and reference Centre

then you can select the year, make, model, engine, etc.. of your vehicle and access the full repair manuals, wire diagrams, service bulletins, specifications, etc as you need them

TONS of great repair info for LOTS of vehicles!

It sometimes goes off air for a week or so to do updates. It is working right now.

Too bad there was not one for outboards....

Cheers

You can view outboard manuals there, instead of choosing auto repair reference center, choose small engine repair, and you can look at outboard repair manuals.

They have the same outboard repair manuals on the Vancouver Island Regional Library site too (VIRL).
