Hey i heard there was some guy caught with to many crabs, under sized ones and caught pulling up peoples traps off victoria waterfront. more specifly off the HeliJet. ive seen a guy in about a 20-26' boat with a guy one the flying bridge driving around there pulling traps, but ive always thought he was pulling his traps. anyone else heard of this
