Campbell River Report

Fishing has just kept getting better. Moochers were doing very well for the past week or so, and today the flashers and hootchies kicked back into gear. Was limited out in an hour and a half. Had a 9 year old on the rod(with assistance) and a dad that you couldn't stop from smiling. His other kids are coming in the morning. Chinook are starting to move in from the north in better numbers, along with Pinks and Sockeye. Coho numbers are startig to improve also as August 1 approaches. Boats that went up north this a.m. did very well on Pinks and Sockeye. Too bad it's not open to sporties as we watch the seigners do sets!
