prepare a few favorite sauces , eg. butter garlic , blackbean , spicey whatever. ...
get your hotdog sticks out and put a prawn on the stick and dip it in sauce and hold over the flames...
In the shell , head on or off.
Fun way to slow eat them , and oh sooooo goood ! A big HIT with the group sitting around fire.
