Yeah that's a big one. Looks like some other scrapes and bruises so I'm curious as to what happened.
Presumably if this happened on the trailer they'd have noticed real quick and wouldn't be out so it must have happened at sea?

They were out fishing beside us West of Sooke for 5hrs before this happened.
It was snotty on the ride back, must have hit something.
Nice work by the other charter boat and search and rescue

Apparently the full length video of roughly 5 minutes has been taken down for some reason, a friend had also posted it on Facebook via YouTube. If you look on BC CTV or Global you should be able to find some of it.
