Anyone get out this weekend? Heard there was fish being caught up by the mill already, a 39 lber too
Heading up from Nanaimo tomorrow. We'll see what transpires.
We got 3 each day, thurday , fri, sat, 26-22-21 other 14-16 lbs, there were fish around for sure
Were the fish deep or shallow?
Went out Monday and played a hunch re Franklin - bad call. Saw quite a few bait balls so kept looping around. Ran from 30 - 125 (spoons, hootchies, and plugs). Not one bite and heard same from others in area. Picked up to come in and it looked like the derby weekend at Lone Tree so maybe that was the spot to be .
Lone Tree was good Monday 20lb. and 22lb. on bait, saw a bunch landed.
