1989 Mariner/Yamaha 30HP manual start, tiller handle, relatively rare short shaft model, two stroke.
It runs great, here is a video from May 14th;
I will be on Alouette Lake putting it use all weekend. If you are interested in seeing it, we can set up a time to show it on the lake Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Only arrange a showing if you are coming with cash in hand or can email money transfer on the spot. No tire kickers please.
It runs nicely and pushes my 14' Vhull aluminum to 30MPH. Only selling as I plan to fish some Washington State Lakes which have 4 stroke only restrictions and other lakes in the interior with a 10HP limit. So I will be buying a brand new 9.9 with the proceeds of the sale.
This is a Yamaha through and through, manufactured in Japan and has Yamaha cast on the block. Not to be confused with Force outboards, branded as Mercury which are actually old Chrysler motors.
I will post more pictures soon. I will include a newer tank and hose.
