Not to sure if this has been posted before. I have a friend from Europe here in Vancouver. If I was going to send him home with a few salmon and some smoked salmon. What would be the best way to go about it? Any help on the subject would be great.
Boat should be ready to go this week. A quick wash and wax. I was given a formula on brining anchovies to try. Can't wait to see how and if it work. Plus why have teaser heads gone through the roof. I get that the company has been bought out but come on.
