Does anyone know if it's possible to pick-up and drop-off passengers at Jericho Pier in Vancouver? I know there is a dock, but can't remember if it is gated and I have no idea how shallow it is around there (charts are in the boat). Any advice?

I was just looking at the DFO limits, opening and closure tables (http://www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/fm-gp/rec/fresh-douce/region2-eng.html) and I was surprised that there are no retention for Pinks in Indian River or Seymour River. Is that for the fishes protection or mine ;) Or am I...
