Went to constance monday morning. Pretty lumpy out there, and only a couple other boats made it out. Decent action, 3 fish in the boat. Small glow and white spoons were working best. Probably worth going to constance over fishing the waterfront if theres a break in wind.

I wouldnt leave my truck anywhere at cattle while they are there. the amount of car break-in's and shenanigans last time they were in oak bay, its just not worth it.

i have a little chief in an insulated box and a traeger smoker I bought from costco for around 500. The traeger is awesome, its basically a wood fired oven that is a little smaller than a standard bbq. I cook everything on it as it can go from 150-450 degrees. I tried salmon on it this summer...

go look at a 17 double eagle or hourston after looking at the 16. You might be able to skip a step in boat ownership and get a 17 first. most guys start at 16 then move up to a 17. Theres a couple decent looking 17's on usedvic, usednan, and craigslist that are in the same ballpark price range...

was at constance from 6-2 on sunday, no salmon, only saw a couple of small fish caught. pretty quiet out there.
