Barba, I use a perfection loop one one end and an albright knot for the tippet end. http://www.killroys.com/knots/albright.htm I'll try the loop method you mentioned as I've used it for braided fly lines in the past. Cheers, Alex

Barba, I use it as a sinking tip on my 9wt fly line for fishing the flow. I like it becasue its cheap and I can adjust the length of my leader without feeling guilty for cutting it. It rolls OK on my setup but doesn't last. Wind knots (or twisting) can realy screw it up. Alex
