These notices are important information, but the politics/conservation discussion that ensues needs to occur in the section of the forum designated for that purpose.

The annual Halibut Fisheries notice gets posted so people know the regs and ineviably it devolves into the annual back and forth that solves nothing but does lead to fights. This thread has served it's purpose.
